Beyond my professional work, I’m also deeply passionate about illustration and designing art tools. I’ve been an illustration enthusiast for years.

Over the last few years, I participated in multiple Illustrator’s focus groups, including Adobe workshops, where I reviewed new AI and 3D features. One discussion that really resonated with me was how young designers can bridge the gap between traditional art education and emerging digital tools.

Many design tools are tailored for professional artists, and AI-powered features, in particular, aren’t always accessible to younger students. However, as AI shifts from a behind-the-scenes tool to a direct creator of final outputs, it’s becoming increasingly important to rethink how these tools can be introduced in K-12 education. This experience reinforced my belief that educational technology should be designed with inclusivity and accessibility in mind, empowering students of all ages to explore their creativity.
